Common friction
- The visitor cannot quickly tell what the business does.
- The next step is vague, hidden, or competes with several other actions.
- Important proof is buried below the scroll.
- Forms ask for too much before the visitor sees a reason to trust you.
- Mobile visitors have to pinch, hunt, or type through a tiny obstacle course.
High-impact improvements
- Make the headline, primary CTA, and proof visible together near the top.
- Remove fields from the first form unless they are truly needed to respond.
- Put reviews, licenses, guarantees, and real contact details near the decision point.
- Use one clear primary action and a quieter secondary option when needed.
What to measure
Use the signal closest to your goal: calls, bookings, quote submissions, completed purchases, or email signups. Do not celebrate more clicks if those clicks never become a useful conversation.
